This 1829 charmer has the coziness and comfort that you want for your Cape Cod vacation, and the large glass sunroom provides a view of the Bass River and park area. Just three houses down the street is the Ferry Street dock which is used for fishing and swimming. This is the location where the ferry crossed the Bass River before the bridge was built. In fact, one section of our house is the old General Store that was located at the ferry crossing.

The living room is like an old parlor, and for extra sleeping, the room may be closed off to utilize the queen sleep sofa. The kitchen is very functional with a gas stove and dishwasher. There is an open dining area and an alcove perfect for reading or accessing the internet. The master bedroom has a sitting area and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has new stackable washer/dryer and a newly remodeled large shower, plus there is also an outdoor shower. Also enjoy the CENTRAL A/C. There is a shed which keeps the beach chairs we provide, plus additional space for your use to store your bikes, toys, etc.
